We believe that timber is a durable, natural building material, which should be used to its best advantage. It took years to grow, and will last many years if treated and maintained properly. Timber has inherent beauty, which we believe should be enhanced, not covered over.
We at GoodWoodGuys believe timber must be protected from deterioration using environmentally, non-toxic products, which work from deep within. The CD50 product range is based on our Timber Protection and Staining Philosophy

Stewart McLeod and Stephanie Wood started cedar restoration as Churton Pacific Restoration Limited. They rebranded the business to The GoodWoodGuys Limited.
The GoodWoodGuys are a team orientated business which ensures each job is completed to the clients satisfaction. Each job is signed off with a GoodWoodGuys Site Manager and the client on completion.
All GoodWoodGuys operators are thoroughly trained in all aspects of restoration.
Stephanie and Stewart compiled the GoodWoodGuys philosophy based on their commitment to providing a sustainable means of preserving and protecting the timber. This means the useful life of the timber is extended and our "carbon footprint" is reduced.
